Dear Colleagues,
The deadline for sending information to us in order to issue official invitations needed to obtain a visa passed on 19 March 2007. Therefore, we must end the process of registration for Congress’ participants from Eastern Europe.
To those who did not register and still wish to take part in the Congress, we cannot guarantee accommodation and help with obtaining the necessary visa to Poland

months ago was only a preliminary reservation. The final hotel
reservation form (including the list of hotels and current prices) is
available below. Please complete the form and mail/fax as soon as

Very important information concerning the registration fee
Due to the high bank charges which has been reported by many Congress' participants who were trying to pay via bank transfer let us announce that if you want to avoid these charges the ragistration fee - 30 euro - is also possible to pay after your arrival in Krakow Pay attention that after your arrival in Krakow, the fee shall be paid in Polish currency -------------------------------
Arrival with companion
As a result of inquiries received from Congress' participants about their arival with companions or spouses, please let us remind you that they are welcome. Unfortunately, due to our financial limits we are not able to cover the cost of their stay. However, Congress organizers would still like to assist you in making hotel reservations. Please mark the information of your partner or companions arrival in the last blank space providedin the registration form in either the postal or electronic version
